AT&T STADIUM

Mobilizing football fans

AT&T stadium in Arlington, Texas is one of the largest arenas in the world. This enormous venue is home to thousands of fans each game day and deserved large-scale celebrations.

We designed and built larger-than-life digital experiential displays, which told stories of the Cowboy’s team and the art and architecture of the stadium architecture. A giant louvred screen 11 feet high paired with an accompanying fan experience where attendees can post photos or celebrate moments like a touchdown with the rest of the crowd.

PROJECT

Experiential Large-Scale Installation

Each louvered panel on the fan board consists of a connected motor and strobe lights. These enable the screens to be integrated into a programmatic run-of-show with complex patterns and unique waves of animation.

Standing digital screens at the entrance to the stadium allow game day visitors to explore the players and more about the architecture of the building itself, such as the vast art collection.

A simple fan app allows for the crowd to become participants in stadium celebrations on a grand scale. At special moments, such as a touchdown, fans can respond directly on the app. If enough people tap and hold the Cowboy’s logo on their smartphone, the main fan board responds with a celebratory experience.
